The pistol's brown checkered plastic grips were marked with the large initials 'FB' on the left panel and 'Vis' on the right.' To disassemble: (1) Remove the magazine and verify the gun is unloaded. When the Germans overran Poland in 1939, they captured the Radom factory and turned its efforts toward supplying arms for the Nazi war machine.

Nov 27, 2018 The Radom VIS is set for a 50-pistol run this year in Poland and could see wider commercial manufacture. Just 50 guns will be made, serial numbered 201801 to 201850. I bought the pistol. I have repeated this story over the years to a number of Radom collectors and no one can account for the appearance of a pistol made in a Polish factory for the Nazi occupiers that ended up in the hands of Japanese on the border with India. The serial number of the Radom is Z2787 and I believe it is a Type II. This pistol is in about Very Good condition with about 65% of its original finish remaining. The bore is a mottled bright/gray with sharp pronounced rifling and extremely light erosion scattered throughout the bore. The pistol is correctly marked for a 2nd Variation Radom, and has matching serial numbers on the slide, frame and barrel. This is an exceptional example of a scarce prewar Polish Eagle Radom VIS-35 pistol with holster that was manufactured in 1939. These early pistols can be distinguished by the Polish Eagle and the date of manufacture on the side of the slide. This pistol has the polished satin blue finish and checkered black plastic grips. The grips have 'VIS' molded into the right grip and 'FB' into the left.

F.B. Radom Pistols are semi automatic pistols are WW2 Era Handguns that were made by both the Polish and the German. This handgun was normally manufactured by the Polish, and these models will have an engraving of the Polish Eagle. During the war, the Nazi Army took over the F.B.
